How it works

Verified once, read by every employer in the region.

Vetting is the product. Everything else — the search, the pathway, the welcome — depends on the check being real.

  1. 01

    Profile intake

Field teams sit with each member to document skills, licences and references in their own language.

  2. 02

    Credential verification

Issuing bodies are contacted directly. Licences are logged with jurisdiction and expiry. Vetting is our real constraint, and we are scaling it from roughly 5 to 25 members a week.

  3. 03

    Publication

Only verified profiles enter the searchable database. Nothing unchecked is visible.

  4. 04

    Employer contact

Subscribed employers reach members directly and run their own interviews.

  5. 05

    Pathway and filing

Immigration counsel selects the lawful route and owns the filing calendar — the TN visa for US trades, engineering and agriculture roles, and Canadian streams for Manitoba employers.

  6. 06

    Landing and check-ins

Housing, banking, schooling, a local host — then check-ins at 90 days, one year and two years.

What we do not do

  • Charge candidates a placement fee.
  • Take a commission or markup on wages.
  • Publish a profile we have not verified ourselves.
  • Promise an outcome an immigration filing cannot support.
