About
Rooted in small prairie towns, built for the long stay.
One region runs from Manitoba down through Nebraska: the same crops, the same plants, the same shops, the same shortage of hands. We built a single verified database for all of it — anchored in southern Manitoba, and built in the US around roles that qualify on the TN path.
A database, not a recruiter
Recruiters are paid when someone is placed, which puts pressure on the match. We are paid a flat subscription for access to verified profiles, so the only thing we can sell is the quality of the check.
Members are never charged. Employers never pay a commission or a wage markup. Immigration counsel maps pathways before anyone makes promises.
And we prepare the receiving town — housing, schooling, language help, a local host — because a hire who leaves in four months helps nobody.

Our commitments
No candidate fees
Employers and partners fund the database. Membership is free for workers, permanently.
Lawful pathways only
Every route is reviewed by immigration counsel before it is offered to anyone.
Local, in person
We meet employers on their own plant floors and speak through local channels rather than cold outreach — starting in southern Manitoba.
Measured at two years
We track retention, not placements. Success is someone still here in year three.
