The place

Morden is a Pembina Valley city of about 10,000 that grew 14.5% between census counts — nearly triple the Manitoba average. It shares a regional hospital with Winkler, keeps a swimming lake and beach inside its own boundary, and throws one of the largest free festivals on the prairies.
